  • A: The calendar is an interactive pdf, so apart from indicating the part of the body that will be worked on. If you click on the routines of the day, the workout video will appear so that you can do it with Susana. Each routine has its video, you don't have to look for anything further.

  • A: Training is more important than the training time. We all have complicated schedules !!!!

     

    Susana and Stanley prefer to train in the morning, before breakfast, as it prepares us for a great day full of energy (partly thanks to the activation of endorphins in the body). Exercising in the morning also helps boost your metabolism and burn more fat.

     

    However, if you feel that due to your work schedule and other key activities, training in the evening is in your best interest, we suggest that you exercise before dinner. The great advantage is that the temperature of our body is ideal and the muscles at their maximum strength.

     

    Night exercises can help us de-stress, but we only recommend it for yoga exercises.

     

    If you were training for a marathon, for example, then it would make sense to train at the time the event will take place to prepare your body to perform at this part of the day.

  • A: The time to notice results depends on each person according to their weight, height, age, complexion ... But I assure you that exercising helps us all and it will help you too.

     

    Of course, miracles do not exist and a quick result is not easy. The advice I can give you, in my experience, is that you will consistently get what you want.

     

    With training three days a week, if you are constant every week, it is enough. I am more in favor of going little by little than to do a lot now, training every day of the week and then leave it out of exhaustion.

     

    Do not think about WHEN you will have results but how much you will win if you do sports and take care of your diet. Your body will see the results but also, your health will also thank you.
